Prerequisites
Objective
List the prerequisites required to integrate L’Identité Numérique La Poste.

Technical Prerequisites
The partner must have:
a backend capable of calling secure APIs
support for HTTPS redirections (browser / application)
the ability to process JWT tokens
👉 The integration is based on the OpenID Connect standard.
Functional Prerequisites
The partner must define:
use cases (authentication, account creation, re-authentication, etc.)
required data (scopes / claims)
user journeys
messages displayed to users
internal business rules (account creation, user matching, session management, etc.)
Security Prerequisites
The partner must be able to:
secure token storage
verify JWT signatures (`id_token`)
secure exchanges through HTTPS
manage user sessions
log authentication events
⚠️ The id_token must be retained as proof of authentication.
LINLP Configuration
The partner must submit a request to the L’Identité Numérique team with the following information:
email address of the account owner
phone number of the account owner
list of authorized `redirect_uri`:
test environment
production
list of requested scopes / data
project context / use case
👉 The designated owner must be authorized to receive the credentials.
Credentials Provided by LINLP
After account creation, the LINLP team provides:
`client_id`
`client_secret`
